jjwin Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and jjwin ("jjwin", "We", "Us", "Our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jjwin.cam. These Terms govern all aspects of your access to and use of the jjwin platform, including all casino games, live dealer games, sports betting services, slot games, bonus programmes, payment processing, and customer support interactions.

By creating a jjwin account, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or continuing to use the jjwin platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be unconditionally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jjwin platform and close your account.

jjwin reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are advised to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active jjwin account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. jjwin is strictly an adult gaming platform and under no circumstances are persons under the age of 21 permitted to register or play.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be self-excluded from jjwin or any affiliated platform under any active self-exclusion agreement.
• You must not hold any other active jjwin account. Each individual is permitted to open and maintain exactly one (1) account.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. Accounts must be registered in the true name of the actual player, using that player's own valid payment methods.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a unique email address. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balances.

jjwin is required to verify the identity, age, and source of funds of all players as a condition of its international gaming licence and in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification.

As part of the KYC process, jjwin may request any or all of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear photograph or scan of your National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA, showing your full name, date of birth, and CNIC number.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill (LESCO, SSGC, PTCL, or similar), bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshots or statements from your JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or SadaPay account confirming ownership of the payment method used to deposit.
• Source of Funds: For deposits or withdrawals above specified thresholds, jjwin may request documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds, such as salary slips, business registration, or bank statements.

jjwin reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point, including prior to a player's first withdrawal, following any unusual account activity, or as part of a routine compliance review. Withdrawals may be suspended pending successful completion of KYC. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 30 days of request may result in account closure.

jjwin accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank Online, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency). Minimum and maximum deposit limits for each payment method are displayed on the Cashier page within your account and are subject to change at jjwin's discretion.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned and your account being reviewed for compliance purposes. jjwin does not accept deposits from minors under any circumstances.

jjwin does not charge fees for deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may apply transaction fees independently of jjwin. jjwin is not responsible for any fees charged by third-party payment processors. All deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your jjwin account, except in cases of technical error or fraud investigation.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once your jjwin account has been fully verified through the KYC process. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but are not permitted to withdraw until identity verification is complete. jjwin strongly recommends completing KYC at the time of registration to avoid delays when you wish to withdraw winnings.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure that funds are returned to their verified source. In cases where the original deposit method is unavailable, jjwin's compliance team will assess alternative withdrawal options.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: PKR 500 (or the equivalent in USDT).
• Maximum single withdrawal: As displayed in your account cashier, subject to payment method limits.
• Processing time: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. USDT withdrawals are processed within 4 hours of approval subject to blockchain conditions.
• Bonus funds: Only real money balances (after wagering requirements are satisfied) are withdrawable. Bonus balances that have not met wagering conditions cannot be withdrawn.

jjwin reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where a compliance review is underway, where additional KYC documentation is outstanding, or where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or terms violation. In such cases, jjwin will communicate the reason for the delay to the player within 5 business days.

jjwin offers a range of bonus promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and sports betting promotions. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions that are published on the relevant promotion page. These specific bonus terms form part of this Agreement and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

The following general rules apply to all jjwin bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only. Bonuses will not be credited to unverified accounts.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each bonus is specified on the promotion page.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonus balance and associated winnings that remain at the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• Specific game categories may contribute at different rates toward the wagering requirement. For example, live casino games or specific table games may contribute at a lower percentage than standard slot games.
• jjwin reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is evidence that it was claimed in a manner that violates these Terms, including through the use of multiple accounts, deposit methods belonging to third parties, or structured play designed to abuse bonus conditions.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms.

All casino games available on jjwin — including slot games, live dealer casino, table games, instant games, and crash games — are provided by licensed third-party game providers. The rules for each individual game are embedded within the game interface and published by the relevant provider. In the event of any discrepancy between game rules displayed within the game and any other description, the in-game rules prevail.

All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems independently tested and verified by the testing laboratory appointed under jjwin's gaming licence. jjwin does not influence game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages over millions of rounds and are not a guarantee of individual session results.

For sports betting, including PSL cricket betting, international cricket, and other sporting events:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to jjwin's live betting rules. During live events, markets may be suspended at any time without notice.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or void event, jjwin's void and settlement rules — as published in the Sports Betting Rules section — will apply. Generally, voided bets are settled at odds of 1.00 (stake returned).
• jjwin reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were affected by technical errors, incorrect odds publication, or events that were influenced by corruption or match-fixing.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per sport are as published in the Sports Betting section of the platform.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a gaming session — including internet disconnection, game server error, or platform outage — jjwin will use all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server-side records. Where the game state cannot be reliably determined, the affected round or bet may be voided and the wagered amount returned to your balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jjwin and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes, chargebacks, or reversals after depositing and using funds on jjwin.
• Money Laundering: Using jjwin to process, layer, or integrate funds derived from illegal activities. jjwin has a full AML compliance programme and cooperates with financial intelligence authorities.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, live dealer games, or betting markets.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with jjwin games, betting markets, or account functions without human direction.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to obtain credits, winnings, or bonuses that would not otherwise be available.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one jjwin account simultaneously or opening new accounts following account closure.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing jjwin while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access to jjwin by persons under 21.
• Third-Party Account Use: Allowing another person to use your jjwin account, or using jjwin on behalf of another person.

jjwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or unverifiable registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicious activity triggering AML or fraud protocols.
• Regulatory instruction or legal obligation requiring account restriction.
• At jjwin's sole discretion for any business reason, provided that real money balances (net of any bonuses subject to forfeiture) are returned to the player.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting jjwin's customer support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any real money balance outstanding will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Self-exclusion requests — where a player requests account closure for responsible gaming reasons — are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six (6) weeks. See Section 10 (Responsible Gaming) for full details of self-exclusion terms.

jjwin is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations to those players seriously. jjwin provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible free of charge from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Limits can be decreased immediately but can only be increased following a seven-day cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose in a defined period. Automatically pauses your session when the limit is reached.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications at intervals you set, reminding you of the time you have spent playing.
• Reality Check Pop-Ups: Periodic prompts during gameplay showing total time played and net session result.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a temporary break of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your account is suspended for the chosen period and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from jjwin. Minimum self-exclusion period is six weeks. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period under any circumstances.

jjwin strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement through CNIC-based identity verification. Parents and guardians are advised to use parental control software to prevent underage persons from accessing online gambling platforms. jjwin will cooperate with any request from a verified parent or guardian to investigate suspected underage access.

All content on the jjwin platform — including but not limited to the jjwin brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, video content, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of jjwin or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jjwin platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or display any jjwin content without express written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any jjwin software.
• Use the jjwin name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on jjwin content.

jjwin retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform and its content. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring any intellectual property rights to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jjwin's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the player's account, or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jjwin shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or third-party payment processing delays outside jjwin's control.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to follow these Terms, including failure to maintain account security.
• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, or force majeure events.

Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited.

jjwin collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the terms of jjwin's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

In summary, jjwin collects personal data including your name, CNIC details, contact information, and payment information for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of customer support. jjwin does not sell personal data to third parties and only shares data with authorised partners and regulatory bodies as required by applicable law and the conditions of its gaming licence.

You have the right to request access to the personal data jjwin holds about you, to request corrections to inaccurate data, and in certain circumstances to request data deletion, subject to jjwin's legal retention obligations. Data retention and deletion requests should be submitted to jjwin's support team via live chat.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jjwin holds its international gaming licence. jjwin operates under an international gaming licence and is subject to the regulatory framework of the licensing jurisdiction with respect to gaming-related matters.

In the event of a dispute between a player and jjwin, the following procedure applies:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact jjwin's customer support team via live chat. The majority of account, payment, and game disputes are resolved at this stage within 48 hours.
2. Formal Complaint: If your dispute is not resolved informally, submit a formal written complaint to jjwin via the email address provided in your account. jjwin will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and aim to provide a final response within 28 days.
3. Regulatory Escalation: If you remain dissatisfied following jjwin's final response to your formal complaint, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body or regulator designated under jjwin's gaming licence. Details of the applicable regulatory body are available from jjwin's customer support.

Players agree that any disputes not resolved through the above process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the licensing jurisdiction, and players hereby waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue. Players agree that any legal proceedings must be commenced within twelve (12) months of the event giving rise to the dispute, failing which the claim shall be time-barred.

jjwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time for any reason, including to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, industry best practices, or jjwin's business operations. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the jjwin platform unless a specific effective date is stated.

Notice of material amendments will be provided to players via one or more of the following methods:

• A prominent notification on the jjwin homepage.
• An email to your registered email address.
• A pop-up notification upon your next login following publication of the amended Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the jjwin platform following publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting customer support. Closing your account following amendment does not affect any obligations that accrued prior to closure.
